Senate resumes debate on Migration Act changes to character grounds

The Senate has resumed debate on proposed changes to the Migration Act, relating to the Immigration Minister's power to cancel visas on character grounds. The proposed changes are drawing support from most sides of politics, but the Greens want changes of their own to stop some heads of state or government entering Australia.
