Sue Radd is a Dietitian and one of Australias leading nutritionists and health communicators. She is currently a PhD candidate at The University of Sydney, researching the effects of the traditional Mediterranean diet on thinking and memory problems in people at risk of dementia. Her new cook(book): "Food as medicine: Cooking for Your Best Health" was the reason for today's interview.
