UN agrees on monitoring evacuations in Aleppo

The United Nations Security Council has voted to approve sending monitors to the Syrian city of Aleppo as efforts to evacuate trapped civilians continue.Thousands of people have now left the city, while officials have promised to hold those responsible for committing war crimes in the embattled nation to account.
