COP28 - postignut sporazum o energetskoj tranziciji

Gotovo 200 zemalja sklopilo je povijesni dogovor na klimatskom summitu Ujedinjenih naroda u Dubaiju. Nakon dana napetih pregovora, sporazum nudi plan za održavanje cilja od 1,5 stupnjeva Celzijusa na dohvat ruke i prelazak s upotrebe fosilnih goriva na obnovljive izvore energije. No, nisu svi zadovoljni ishodom summita.
