Even though I started in print, radio is my favourite.
I have tried the radio for the first time as a reporter for kids programme at Czech station Cesky Rozhlas. I was about 8 years old and I totally fell in love.
I returned to the radio during my studies at university in England, where I co-presented a morning show at a community radio. Absolutely unforgettable was an internship in Vibe fm in Ghana, where I ended up presenting the morning show.
I absolutely fell in love with Africa and since then I am regularly return: as a volunteer, for journalist projects or just for holiday.
In 2015 I came to Australia and even here I work in radio. I started as a volunteer and now I am a casual producer at SBS Czech and I absolutely love it. It connects my passion for radio with my Czech language skills. I love exploring interesting stories for our audience.
In my free time I like to ski, dance, take photos, hike, and I am addicted to travelling. Oh and I am totally freaked out by spiders and snakes, which is not very convenient when living in Australia…
