Workers in the so-called gig economy, like food-delivery riders, have long complained about substandard pay and conditions. But while much of the focus has been on bigger operations like UberEats, Deliveroo and Foodora, critics say other workers are facing similar issues as newer, Chinese-language apps enter the Australian market.
