Interview with fifth-generation Danish-Australian Michelle Olsen from Gippsland, Victoria, who has her family roots in Træholm in Southern Jutland.

Which kind of Danish "culture-DNA" crystallises when a Danish family settles in another part of the world? We visit the Olsen family in Poowong East in Gippsland in the Australian state of Victoria, now the fifth generation of descendants of the first Danish settlement in the state of Victoria. In this interview, Michelle Olsen talks about her "pilgrimage" to Denmark, where she found a monument, where her family farm had once been.

The interview is in English language.
