Physical activity benefits health - this is a fact that most are aware of. But how much does it take? How fast or slow and how long shall we run, if go for a jogging tour? And how much does it benefit us?


Danish research provides us some new answers - and there are the kind of answers that attract international attention. Copenhagen City Heart Study has produced more than 700 scientific papers on risk factors and causes of cardiovascular diseases. Copenhagen City Heart Study is led by a specialist and cardiologist Peter Schnohr. In this interview he explains the findings of the studies, they have made - and how it all began for him.
