Australian diplomat, Fred Smith, will soon be launching a book he has written about his experiences of working in the Uruzgan Province of Afghanistan. At the same time, Mr Smith also known as the 'Singing Diplomat' will perform a charity concert in Melbourne for the benefit of the Afghan Australia Development Organisation.
