Head of UN mission in South Sudan is concerned about lives

Head of UNMISS (United Nation in South Sudan) David Shearer is concerned about the situation many South Sudanese people are being subjected to now. In his recent comments, David talked about how the war is escalating in areas of former Upper Nile State and the Equatoria regions. David said that the situation is complicated by the blockade or the lack of access to areas that need a quick humanitarian assistance. Here is the video for his latest new conference.
