Dr Jok Madut
“The death of Kerubino Wol Agok today at the hands of our state, regardless of his crime, represents one of the saddest moments and a blot on our conscience as a young state looking for its moral compass. It’s only comparable to the day a liberation hero, George Athor Deng, died in the same manner.”
Lual
“I never thought of him rebelling….Maybe what happened to him made turn himself against the government. He was humiliated. His two companies were destroyed and got jail for two years may be why. All I know he was a good person. He was loved by all 64 tribe youths who knew from Diaspora or within South Sudan. Rest in Peace Big K”.
Jok
“At a time when the profiteers were afraid to invest in the country because they feared the mess they had turned the country into, Kerbino decided to invest in the country. He believed in a peaceful, liberal, democratic, and free South Sudan.”
Dut
“A young entrepreneur who created jobs employed hundreds sponsored a few South Sudanese (albeit being family members) to school. In his small way, he was creating the South Sudan our martyrs died for. The South Sudan that’s hunger-free.”
