After two gruelling years of the pandemic, vaccines are offering some comfort to both parents and students.

Tuesday marked two years since Australia recorded its first confirmed COVID-19 infection. And while the bulk of the nation's infections and deaths have occurred over the past few months, overall case numbers appear to be decreasing.
