Philip Aguer Panyang the Governor of Jonglei said he was not consulted before the voting in Jonglei’s parliament to divide the State. Governor Philip Aguer was out of the State and now he is enrooted to the Bor for the consultation with the members of his party and the Government. Here is the interview today on SBS Dinka Radio.
