The Accused driver Akol Akol appeared briefly at Elizabeth Magistrates. The police have also charged 18 years old from Gawler West in South Australia. The source told SBS Dinka Radio that the 18-year old woman who is believed to be a driver whose car came behind before the crash. The 18 years is bailed out, but there was no bail application made on behalf of Akol Akol.

The driver of the white Audi Sedan in which Bor Mabil was a passenger is charged with 'aggravated driving, causing death by dangerous driving and driving while disqualified'. The family and friends of Bor attended the court on Friday the 29 of Jan 2019.
