An exemption finally granted to mother of Akima Garang after being denial eight times to cross border between SA and Victoria

Angeth has never slept properly since she lost her daughter AKima Garang, I keep talk to her and she told me "my daughter keep coming to knock the door every time and I see her picture I get torn apart".
