Awan Kuol Awan is a South Sudanese youth who work hard to keep many of the young people engaged with cultural activities in Western Melbourne. These involved traditional dancing and other recreational activities. Awan recently attended African Youth Conference which was organised by Incubate Foundation. Awan volunteered for Salvation Army few years ago in order to help homeless youth at the CBD of Melbourne. He came to SBS Dinka Radio tell more about the challenges facing youth in South Sudanese community in particular.
