Coronavirus restrictions announced for Melbourne as Whittlesea cluster grows to nine

The new cases bring the City of Whittlesea outbreak to nine infections in total. Victorian health authorities have found five new local cases of coronavirus and announced a raft of new restrictions for metropolitan Melbourne.
