South Sudan is a country where the most significant population has no access to clean water, schools and roads. The formation of the South Sudanese Government of National Unity with five Vice Presidents, 34 Ministers, Deputies and over 500 members of the legislative assembly is seen by Dr Jok Madut as another hurdle to the development.
