Dr. Luka Biong reacted to the new sanctions and the arms embargo imposed by the UN security council on South Sudan. Luka is a former Minister in South Sudan, lecturer and now outspoken South Sudanese on the issues pertaining peace in South Sudan.

Dr. Luka joined us this morning while in the Sengalist capital Dakar and that where he got the news of the UN new sanctions. He also commented about the ongoing peace talk which is being held in Khartoum. "I am told by the eyewitness who attended the talks in Khartoum that someone was forced on the bathroom's wall and a hard slap on his face. I am not going to tell you but that is the situation. What is happening in Khartoum is not going for South Sudan and South Sudanese".
