Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says the Greens' loss of two senators because of their dual citizenship amounts to incredible sloppiness. But Greens leader Richard Di Natale is pleading with the Government not to pursue the senators' salaries as the constitutional rule ending their political careers is questioned.Now, the failure to vet candidates properly has left the Greens without a quarter of their voting bloc in the Senate. But Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is not sympathetic, telling Channel 9 the Greens have simply been sloppy.
