Yar Diing Wieu is a Dinka’s folklore singer, and she started this when she was still a young girl. Now in Australia, Yar embarked on her music by recording her first tracks. Yar composed her first traditional songs by singing to her elder's daughter, Abuk. We interview Yar today from Perth.
