Deng Lual was one of the South Sudanese who attended the Mental Health Royal Commission and he is calling South Sudanese communities and individual to speak or seek help. As part of the presentation, members of the South Sudanese community from different agencies made a submission to help the commission and the other stakeholders understand the challenges faced by the community. Deng was interviewed this morning on SBS Dinka.
