(Audio in Dinka) South Sudanese are still waiting for the announcement of Cabinet, but there is a looming humanitarian crisis in Murle land as many civilians are displaced. The fighting between the Lou Nuer and Murle has forced civilians to escape for safety in Ethiopia and Bor. Fangak former Governor James Kok and Former Ambassador to Russia Telar Deng defected from SPLM IG to SPLM IO.
