Mayen Ŋɔ̈r: Ee luɔi de Gabëna bë ɣɛn cɔk dhiac ka lui

Mayen Ngor Atem is South Sudanese Minister for Agriculture and Forestry and Member of the Jonglei State Legislative Assembly. Mayen served as Minister during the previous leadership OF John Koang Nyuon the seat maintained under the new Governor Philip Aguer. Leading To the appointment of Mayen and Akech Deng, Duk community members were protesting the allocation of the seats at the State Legislative Assembly. This delayed the swearing process for the two Ministers but Governor Aguer later reaches out in order to let these two Ministers start their work. In This interview, Mayen explain the situation that involved the complaint made by the Duk community and also answer some questions about continuing his job as minister despite a call to step aside as protest.
