Meet the first generation of South Sudanese studying who are studying in China. Isaiah Ajueny Mabil is a native of Duk County who moved to Xi'an in Shaanxi province to study petroleum engineering at University. Ajueny is very fluent in all three languages Dinka, Mandarin and English. He is currently studying his full course in Mandarin and learns English outside his classes. Deng Rin Tueny Mabor who is studying the same course is also learning the language. They are the minority of African students and South Sudanese in particular currently living in Xian in Shaanxi province. Here their interview on SBS Dinka Radio.
