In a second part of the interview, Michael Ayuen narrated the reason that let them removed Thomas Cirilo. Ayuen also said that NAS got many young South Sudanese but not only equatorial but in another twist, the only senior member after Thomas Cirilo is General Butrus who use to be part of the Cobra faction in Pibor.


Ayuen now confirmed the hierarchy of the movement would only follow the chain of seniority. Ayuen also revealed in his interview that President Kiir needed them to join his government independently but not through the peace deal but they refused. The new NAS team needed to join as peace partners.
