Nyarweng Flowers are a group of South Sudanese women originally from Duk Payuel of Duk County in Jonglei State, South Sudan. They were all refugees before coming to Australia and are now looking at ways to support community members still in their homeland. The group is using music as a way to appeal to people across Australia and their aim is to buy an ambulance to transport the ill. Five members of the group came to SBS Dinka Radio studio for this interview. They were Nyantet Dau, Ngok Deng, Nyanmou Thon, Nyabang Abot and Akuol Aleer.
