On 09/10/2018, Governor Philip Aguer Panyang was interviewed while on transit to South Sudan. Philip talked about the reason why he was invited to the USA by the leadership of Greater Bor Community-USA. In this interview, he addressed some of the issues facing his state and the community in western countries.
