Refugee Toys, A toy drive is seeing donated gifts being handed out to kids.

Hundreds of children from refugee and asylum seeker families have been treated to an early Christmas.

In the town of Sunshine, located west of Melbourne, a small room has been filled up with some of the happiest children in the country.

Families of all faiths are coming together to celebrate giving in the spirit of Christmas through the Refugee and Asylum Seeker Toy Drive.

Thousands of dollars'-worth of toys have been donated.

The toy drive works with sponsors and donors to gather a range of toys appropriate for different ages and needs.
