Peter Ayuen Lueth is a former child soldier who served ion the SPLA since 1989. Ayuen have been shot many times in various battles but the two worse injuries in Malakal in 2008. Ayuen was shot while on top of the pickup car. The bullet made him fall down from the car and that caused another injury to his back. Since 2008, Ayuen has been admitted to the military hospital but was again injured in 2013. Now the Drs told that his limbs would be amputated but the lack of blood may not let this happen.
