The divide within the Episcopal Church of South Sudan in Jonglei State is broadening after Bishop Moses Anur Ayom was installed as the Archbishop of Jonglei Internal Province last week. According to Canon Bartholomew Bol Deng, Bishop Moses Anur, after the enthronement in Panyagoor, became the Bishop of Diocese of Bor.

The Diocese of Athooc is left vacant. The appointment of Moses Anur as the Archbishop is being disputed by the supporters of Bishop Reuben Akurdid.  Canon Bol commented in this interview as a technical person, but not as part of the church's leadership or person with direct responsibilities regarding the situation between the bishops.
