Travel agents who organise tours to the Middle East are among those concerned about new US visa rules brought in following the Paris attacks. The laws prevent some people from entering the United States using an electronic travel authorisation under the Visa Waiver Program. Those affected include travellers who have spent time in Iran, Iraq, Sudan or Syria since the Arab Spring uprisings triggered the conflict in Syria in March, 2011.
