Victoria and NSW on high alert in lockdown

New South Wales has reported 97 new locally acquired coronavirus cases on Friday, with 29 cases in the community while they were infectious. Meantime over the border, Victoria's Premier Daniel Andrews is assuring the state it will combat the highly transmissible Delta variant of coronavirus through a short-term lockdown.
