Panchol Jook Kuai is a father and a former youth leader. In a forum that brought families together in Adelaide, he acknowledges the area where the community is failing the youths on that is the parenting aspect. Panchol said the lack of a community rally behind the children made things go out of hand. Panchol is calling for parents to take charge to control the behaviour being shown on the streets and to save lives. , which can only be changed if the community comes together.
