'We have lost 32 lives, including children, after Murle attacked our village'

The village of Angakuei(Baidit Payam) was raided by the bandits alleged to be from the Greater Pibor region in South Sudan. According to Biormaduk, the youth leader in Angakuei, a large number of the armed group emerged from three directions of the North and the Southern side of the village.


As a result, women and children ran into the nearby flood's water, where three children drowned. In addition, huts were burned down, and the same attackers took thousands of cows. 32 bodies from Angakuei village and three bodies from the attackers were discovered after the fighting that took two hours ended
