SBS Dinka speaks to the one of the witness whose cousin was shot during the crisis of 08/07/2016 at South Sudaneses presidential palace. Chien Makuol Deng was sitting at his residence when he was shot. Captain Chien believed he was shot by the members of the SPLM IO who were running from the scene of shooting at J1. Makuach was the first person to take him to a military hospital and here is what he has to say about the incident.
