Barnaby Joyce stepped down as Australian Deputy Prime Minister

Opposition Leader Bill Shorten is calling for changes in how the deputy prime minister is determined in a Coalition government following Barnaby Joyce's planned resignation from the position. Mr Joyce has announced he will step down as National Party leader on Monday, opening the way for a new deputy prime minister.
