Reaction to what has happened to young people under juvenile justice detention centre in Northern Territory.
Mr Kot Manoah is aware of the incident but was shocked to learned that it happened in Australia where human rights are upheld. He managed to speak to young people who have reportedly told him about their experiences while under police custody.
