Could Lual Mayen be the Mark Zuckerberg of South Sudan?

Lual is a South Sudanese software engineer who is now looking at diverting youth attention from war to games for peace. Lual was born during the war and grew in the refugee in Uganda. He went to School in Uganda where he studied software engineering. Much of Luals knowledge in coding is coming from the short courses that he attended and the larger part is from his own self-education. In 2014, Lual went to South Sudan (Juba) and he later started a software engineering company in 2015. When the war broke out again in July 2016, he was in his native state of Jonglei training governor officials on the importance of information technology and how they can use it to benefit them? Due to insecurity in 2016, Lual went back to Uganda to continue with some of his projects. Lual first introduced a mobile money transfer system in South Sudan but the project couldnt continue due to administrative reasons. In 2016, Lual went to South Africa and set up a new game company by September. The games own an accelerator program to the states Washington DC where LualI attended for 3 months in the USA in 2017. Now Lual is back to the USA and he got the job for coding at World Bank. SBS team interviewed Lual while he was in Washington DC
