In this Interview Agel Ring Machar explained what caused the delay of the Vice President's arrival to Juba on Monday 18/04/2016. He put the blame on the Government, citing the fact that the government had not issued the flight clearance for the vice president to land in the South Sudan Capital of Juba on Monday.


Agel affirmed that the Government did not issue the permit for the flight to land in the Capital, Juba. Therefore, due to lack of flight clearance the Vice President designated failed to arrive.
