Deng Adut: Our community needs more education about life in Australia

Deng Thiak Adut is a lawyer with the AC Law Group, based in Blacktown and Sydney. They specialise in criminal law, family law and property. As a former refugee, Deng Adut has been a speaker at many conferences in Australia and America recently. Deng came to Melbourne for the Settlement conference this week. His presentation was based on Settlement and Citizenship in Civil Society. On SBS Dinka Radio, Deng spoke about the challenges facing the South Sudanese community and how a collective approach can help in solving existing problems.
