South Sudanese National Minister of Energy and member of SPLM in Opposition have been badly beaten in Juba. According to source, Dhieu Mathok Diing Wol was dragged out of his hotel few hours ago by the alleged security personnel. This is another incident reported following the days of conflict which erupted on 8/7/2016. Dhieu can be seen with open wounds on his knees and bruises which are alleged to have been caused by beating.
