Dr Lual Achuek:“Leaders in Juba dropped both SPLM’s policies and Garang’s vision.”

Dr Lual Achuek is a former Sudanese Minister of Finance and Petroleum before South and North became two countries. When the Government of National Unity was formed in 2005, many South Sudanese were hoping that oil money will be for everyone but that not the case many years later.
