Former Sudanese Minister I of Petroleum and economist Dr Lual Achuek said, South Sudan only receives $16 dollars per a barrel of oil in oil sale. In a long interview with SBS Dinka Radio on Thursday, Dr Lual explained how the current price of $40 dollars per one barrel of oil is share between the Government of South Sudan, companies, transit fees and other charges by the North Sudanese Government. Dr Lual also talked about the need to change some of the fees being paid current as the economic situation deteriorates in South Sudan. Here is the interview.
