Family:"Richard Arow was a father figure and family angel"

South Sudanese, Friends and family of Richard Arow are mourning his death after he became the second victim of a Melbourne nightclub shooting. Mr Arow, a talented soccer player who worked in transport logistics, died in The Alfred hospital on Friday night.
