Thomas Sankara Deng (Theji da Duot Deng) was appointed the Government of Ruweng State few months ago but this week a new decree relieving him from the duties was issued. Deng was appointed as member of the SPLM/A IO but later resign due to disagreement between him and Taban Deng Gai the South Sudanese first Vice President. Their disagreement was brought by the land which Deng alleged to have been occupied by Taban previously. The relieve of Deng now caused some contention within the state as citizens demonstrate in rejection of the new Governor. We manage to talke with Theji Deng today and is the exclusively interview.
