Hakima Buol Jok is the head of the newly approve Efficient Care Services a company registered in Victoria to offer caring service to the Australian people. With NDIS not yet in some areas of Victoria and Australia, Hakima believed it is best time to help the community especially the South Sudanese people to understand much about the NDIS. The president of Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia, Joe Caputo, agreed in his statement that many of t5he nw migrants still know nothing about the NDIS.

"We find still that there are lots and lots of disabled people from non-English speaking backgrounds that don't even know about the NDIS."

Hakima believed Efficient Care Services which is now the only company form by an African Australia will do much to help educate the community too about NDIS. Here is the interview with Hakima.
