The Chairman of Victoria's South Sudanese Community Association, Kot Manoe, speaks out about the housing fraud in which members of his community are victims of the alleged fraud. In recent days, members of the community came to Kot's office to explain the issue and he has compiled a list of many families defrauded by a broker who claimed to be well connected to Australian banks. In this interview, Kot talks about two such families who lost over 100 thousand dollars and over 60 thousand dollars respectively. At this stage, Victoria Police are investigating the issue and asking all victims to come forward. Here is the interview with Kot Manoe.
