Community of the South Sudanese Association will gather on Friday (20 December 2019) for official launching of their community offices space. The event is expected to attract many communities leaders, members, politicians both federal, state and Local governments.

The SSCAV offices will be co-located with Salvation Army Westcare HQ (34 Devonshire Rd, Sunshine), and will be a focal point for service delivery, education, and social events for the South Sudanese community.

Ring Mayar stated that  "this one-stop community space will provide employment training and support in partnership with Brimbank City Council, help community members integrate their voices within Victoria and Australia, deliver education programs on topics such as women and children’s rights and be a sanctuary for community members with mental health illness and give referrals to service providers".
