There have been further developments in the apparently unjustified imprisonment of Peter Biar, the founder of South Sudan Young Leaders Forum. Nyanthon Hoth Mai has not been able to visit her husband soon after the prison's riot on October 7.

On 11/12/2018, Nyanthon wasn't allowed to see her husband. in this interview with SBS Dinka Radio, Nathon said she wanted to meet the Director of National because he was the only person who could allow her to see Peter Biar.
"I was there to let Biar sign some family documents but left waiting for hours at the NSS's facility. After Nyanthon failed to have access, she wrote this on her facebook profile.

"At my lowest today!. As I prepare to reunite with my kids tomorrow finally, I realised I spent half of my day crying my eyes off today and got my pillow soaked, after I spent hours at Blue House. On top of denying me to see Peter Biar Ajak for over two months, I couldn’t just see him today to sign a consent form for some family matter. I wonder where did our sense of humanity go? I broke down at NSS today because I just couldn’t handle the level of inhumanity! Some Murders, rebels and thieves have been released. What is that big crime Peter Biar Ajak did that even his entire family is being punished?"

It has been five months since Peter Biar Ajak got arrested by the South Sudanese National Security at Juba International airport while on transit to Aweil. Biar served in different positions from World Bank, the founder of South Sudan Young Leaders Forum a civil society that championed the campaign to unite youth for peace across South Sudan. here is the interview of Nyathon on SBS Dinka Radio
